It’s not about age. It’s about reaching a time of reassessment, exploration and realignment. It’s the period we call The Integral Years^​™. We then shift into what that would look like, through brainstorming, exploration interviews and experiences, and beta testing of several possible directions. Then it’s getting into action on what’s emerging that fits your values and passions and meets your needs for your “third chapter”. It’s an immersive and energizing process, integrating mind, body, heart and spirit as you draw on all these to bring your whole self into designing the life and work you want.
